Complaint & Issue Reporting

Colleges should include a mechanism by which individuals can report accessibility issues when interacting with the college’s website or web-applications. This is not intended specifically for students who may be having issues with instructional content, but rather an opportunity for prospective students or members of the public to communicate back to the institution that there may be an accessibility issue on the website.

Questions or feedback from the form should be directed to the appropriate college representative who can either take action and resolve the accessibility issue or who can coordinate a response to the person if further investigation into the issue is required.
